meet Tokyo, the happy matcha.

another name inspired by Money Heist! i also felt it was fitting since matcha originates from Japan, one of my favourite places on earth. 

i made Tokyo knowing not everyone loves coffee or tea. she also reminds me that good things take time. the process of making a matcha latte, is slow & somewhat tedious; making sure you have the right amount of water, whisking it to have absolutely no clumps & finally mixing it with milk at the right temperature. i also remember meeting Syun, of @nikonekomatcha team & he showed me that matcha is so much more than a green  drink.

Tokyo depicts how there is always more than meets eye, that we should never to rush a delicate process; to be mindful & that it’s okay to slow down sometimes.
